Bahan-bahan Fried udon

  1. Sediakan of udon.
  2. Sediakan of brokolli.
  3. Diperlukan of ginger.
  4. Dibutuhkan of garlic.
  5. Sediakan of spring onion (white part).
  6. Siapkan of sesame seed.
  7. Diperlukan of sesame oil.
  8. Siapkan of soy sauce.

Cara membuat Fried udon

  1. Prepared all the igredients like in the picture below.
  2. Cooked udon, wash and drain. add little bit of sesame oil so the noddles will not stick together.
  3. Stir fry garlic, ginger, spring onion and sesame seed..
  4. Put brokolli in and add little bit of water. let brokolli done.
  5. If brokolli become soft put udon in. add soy sauce. mix well.

Yaki Udon (焼きうどん) is a Japanese udon noodles stir-fried with your choice of protein and vegetables. Protein can be thinly sliced meat or any seafood suitable for stir-fry. This is a very quick and simple udon recipe but so delicious. Yaki Udon is similar to Yakisoba but the noodles are udon. Yaki Udon is Japanese stir-fried udon noodles made with your choice of protein and vegetables seasoned with a savory sauce.
