Bahan Tantanmen Ramen
- Sediakan of Tare.
- Dibutuhkan 9 tbsp of Tsuyu (Japanese soup base sauce).
- Siapkan 6 tbsp of Tahini.
- Diperlukan 3 tbsp of chili oil.
- Dibutuhkan of Meat.
- Sediakan 500 g of minced pork.
- Gunakan 6 tbsp of chili oil, approximately.
- Dibutuhkan 9 cloves of garlic, chopped.
- Sediakan Half of an inch ginger, chopped.
- Gunakan 3 tbsp of hoisin sauce.
- Diperlukan 3 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- Sediakan 9 tbsp of rice wine or any dry white wine.
- Sediakan of Soup base.
- Diperlukan 3 cups of water.
- Dibutuhkan 6 cups of unsweetened soy, oats or cashew milk.
- Diperlukan 2 of chicken bouillon.
- Diperlukan of Noodles and toppings.
- Gunakan 3 portion of dried or fresh ramen noodles, cooked per instruction.
- Gunakan of Bakchoy, blanched.
- Siapkan 3 of ramen eggs.
- Sediakan Handful of bean sprouts, blanched.
- Siapkan of Spring onion.
- Sediakan of Chili oil, as desired.
Cook the ramen noodles and bok choy in boiling water. Divide the soup flavouring paste among serving bowls. Ladle over the hot soup, mixing to combine. Divide the ramen noodles among the serving bowls.

- To make the tare, mix all ingredients until well combined. Set aside..
- To cook the meat, heat the chili oil, and sauté the garlic and ginger for about 1 minute. Add the hoisin and oyster sauce and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the meat and stir fry on high heat. Add a splash of wine and continue to saute the meat until there is no more moisture and the meat is cooked through. Set aside..
