- Gunakan of other vegetables you like (moyashi, mushrooms, bambooshoot, ginger etc.).
- Gunakan 2 tbsp of sesami oil.
- Siapkan 1 tbsp of soy sauce☆.
- Siapkan 1 tbsp of chinese stock☆.
- Gunakan 1 tbsp of oyster sauce☆.
- Diperlukan 1 tbsp of sake☆ (or white wine if you don't have one).
- Gunakan 300 ml of water☆.
- Siapkan 2 tbsp of potato starch.
- Diperlukan 4 tbsp of water.
If you deep fry them on very low flame then they will absorb more oil and if you deep fry them on high flame then they will turn brown immediately but will not turn crispy. One is deep frying it at high heat, and the other is dehydrating it. You put noodles into a drying machine and turn it on. Sprinkle soy sauce, sesame oil, and desired amount of reserved ramen seasoning packets over noodles, and toss to coat.
