Garden Yakisoba. This is a traditional Japanese street food, common at fairs, festivals and events. The sweet/salty/tangy combination will make this an instant favorite at your table. You can eat it as a meal or with cuts of meat.

Garden Yakisoba As with most of our recipes, it's not very authentic. It's revised to incorporate veggies from the garden. We use sauce from a jar and noodles from a package. Bahan-bahan Garden Yakisoba

  1. Diperlukan 3 tbsp of Coconut oil.
  2. Sediakan 1 small of Onion, diced.
  3. Gunakan 3 medium of Carrots, Julienne cut.
  4. Siapkan 3 clove of Garlic, smashed and sliced.
  5. Sediakan 3 large of Mushrooms, chopped.
  6. Dibutuhkan 8 of Savoy cabbage leaves, sliced in inches.
  7. Sediakan 1 cup of Snow peas.
  8. Sediakan 1 cup of Bean sprouts.
  9. Gunakan 1 packages of Soba noodles.
  10. Sediakan 1 of Water.
  11. Dibutuhkan 1/4 cup of Ketchup.
  12. Siapkan 4 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  13. Sediakan 1 tsp of Grated ginger.
  14. Siapkan 1 tbsp of Honey.
  15. Siapkan 4 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  16. Diperlukan 1/4 cup of Sake (rice wine).

It's not designed to be fancy. It's quick and easy - feeding the family a reasonably healthy meal with minimal dishes and effort! Transfer meat to a plate, reserving oil in wok. Cara membuat Garden Yakisoba

  1. In a medium pot, boil water..
  2. In a very large frying pan or grill, melt the coconut oil on high heat..
  3. Sauté the onion and carrots in the oil for 5 minutes..
  4. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Sauté for 3 minutes..
  5. Add the cabbage, snow peas and bean sprouts and cook everything together till they are semi-crisp..
  6. By now the water should be ready for the Soba noodles. Empty the entire bag into the water and boil for 2 minutes..
  7. Pour the noodles into a colander and rinse with cold water..
  8. Add the noodles to the veggies and allow them to cook in the pan using tongs to pick them up and drop them..
  9. While the noodles are cooking, combine the ginger, honey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and sake in a small mixing bowl..
  10. Add the sauce to the noodles and cook for about 5 minutes while using the tongs to mix and coat all the ingredients together..
  11. Serve hot, garnish with grated nori (seaweed) or sesame seeds or green onion. Enjoy 😄.
