Bahan-bahan Pho In Lamb Soup
- Dibutuhkan of PHO LAMB SOUP.
- Siapkan 1 of star anise.
- Sediakan 1 of cardamon pod.

- Siapkan of GARNISH.
- Gunakan 2 tbsp of spring onion.
- Diperlukan 2 tbsp of fresh coriander leaf.
- Gunakan 3 slice of any thinly cured ham.
- Dibutuhkan of BAKE GINGER AND SHALLOT.
- Sediakan 100 grams of Japanese flat udon or any rice noodle of your choice.
- Gunakan 3 of shallot.
- Sediakan 2 of thumb size ginger.

- add cooked udon and simmer another 5 minute then serve immediately.
