Bahan Stir-Fried Udon Noodles

  1. Sediakan 2 packs of cooked udon noodles.
  2. Sediakan 100 g of pork (thinly sliced).
  3. Diperlukan 3 leaves of Cabbage (cut into bite sized pieces).
  4. Dibutuhkan 3 cm of carrot (cut into small pieces).
  5. Diperlukan 1/2 of onion (slice thinly).
  6. Dibutuhkan 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  7. Gunakan 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  8. Siapkan 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
  9. Dibutuhkan 1/2-1 Tbsp of sesame oil.
  10. Gunakan of Salt & pepper for seasoning.
  11. Siapkan of Dried bonito flakes, red pickled ginger for topping (optional).
  12. Diperlukan of mayonnaise, crushed chili pepper (optional).

Yakisoba is also a stir fried Japanese noodles dish but the noodles used are much thinner. Yaki Udon (焼きうどん) is a Japanese udon noodles stir-fried with your choice of protein and vegetables. Protein can be thinly sliced meat or any seafood suitable for stir-fry. This is a very quick and simple udon recipe but so delicious.
