Bahan Stir-Fried Udon Noodles
- Sediakan 2 packs of cooked udon noodles.
- Sediakan 100 g of pork (thinly sliced).
- Diperlukan 3 leaves of Cabbage (cut into bite sized pieces).
- Dibutuhkan 3 cm of carrot (cut into small pieces).
- Diperlukan 1/2 of onion (slice thinly).
- Dibutuhkan 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- Gunakan 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
- Siapkan 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- Dibutuhkan 1/2-1 Tbsp of sesame oil.
- Gunakan of Salt & pepper for seasoning.
- Siapkan of Dried bonito flakes, red pickled ginger for topping (optional).
- Diperlukan of mayonnaise, crushed chili pepper (optional).
