Cara Membuat Korean Ramen/Ramyeon yang Enak!

Korean Ramen/Ramyeon. Ramyeon is the Korean version of instant Japanese ramen. In Japan, ramen can be instant or fresh , but in Korea, ramyeon is always instant. A package of ramyeon comes with instructions on how to cook it, but I found my way of doing it is much better, and also uses some simple fresh ingredients to make it more delicious.

Korean Ramen/Ramyeon Ramen can be fresh or instant, but ramyeon is always instant. Ramyeon is the Korean version of instant Japanese ramen, it's sold in packets, and always made with quick-cooking noodles (via Maangchi ). Bahan-bahan Korean Ramen/Ramyeon

  1. Gunakan 1 of instant noodle (i used indomie cz it's halal instant ramen, i like).
  2. Siapkan 1 of egg.
  3. Gunakan 1 of spring onion.
  4. Dibutuhkan 1 of chinese cabbage or whatever veg u have.
  5. Dibutuhkan 2 tbsp of tomato sauce (del monte tomato sauce is highly recommended).
  6. Dibutuhkan 2 of sausages or fish or meat (optional).
  7. Gunakan 1 pinch of black pepper (optional).
  8. Gunakan of Seasoning (i used instant noodle seasoning).
  9. Diperlukan of Water.

Big, bold Korean flavours and decent ramen noodles. This is not dressed up instant ramyeon. Japanese ramen soup is still healthier in comparison to Korean ramyeon because it's made with fresh noodles and ingredients. The seasoning packets and dried noodles in ramyeon are full of sodium, sugars, and preservatives.

Cara membuat Korean Ramen/Ramyeon

  1. I actually dont like raw veg so i boiled cabbage n spring onion for about 2 minutes, here. Then i chopped them.
  2. Boil instant noodle, tomato souce n cracked egg in same pot. Boil them for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop sausages or meat.
  4. After step 2 is ready, put them in a bowl n mix it with seasoning n also black pepper..
  5. Then give garnish (chopped cabbage, sausage, chopped spring onion or whatever you like but korean ramen mostly use chopped spring onion).
  6. Korean ramyung is ready to serve :))).

Next time you're out for a quick and easy meal, don't forget to try spicy Korean ramyeon. This soup is not spicy at all, so it's a great option for those of us who can't handle the typical pack of crazy hot Korean ramen! The biggest difference is that the word ramen generally refers to the Japanese dish, whereas ramyun (sometimes Romanised as ramyeon) is a Korean dish. However, there is another key difference. Korean ramyun are instant noodles that are meant to be eaten as a quick and easy snack.
