  4. Siapkan 1 pkg. of sliced mushrooms.
  5. Dibutuhkan 1 pkg. of frozen stir fry vegetables.
  6. Diperlukan 1/2 bottle of Stir Fry Sauce.
  7. Gunakan of Seasonings of choice: pepper, garlic powder, sesame seeds.

I came up with this ramen noodle recipe when I wanted a quick-fix meal for myself. Sometimes I change the vegetables or substitute ground turkey for the chicken. Put a pot of water on to boil for the noodles. Meanwhile, chop all your veggies and combine the ingredients for the stir fry sauce.

  1. Season chicken with pepper and garlic powder and cook along with onions until thoroughly cooked..
  2. Add in mushrooms and stir fry vegetables and continue cooking until veggies are softened..
  3. There will be extra moisture in the pot from the veggies; drain off and return to pot. Add in the stir fry sauce and a few dashes of sesame seeds..
  4. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles until tender; do not use flavor packets. Discard or save for future use..
  5. Once cooked, drain and add to stir fry mixture..
  6. Stir well to combine and add a few more shakes of sesame seeds..
  7. Enjoy with some sriracha if desired!.

When the water is boiling, add the noodles and boil just until the noodles separate but are still chewy - just a minute or so. It's important to undercook the noodles as they will continue cooking in the sauce. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the stir fry sauce and cook for a couple of minutes until it begins to thicken. Add in the noodles and toss so that everything is coated in the sauce.
