  5. Gunakan of <Stir-Fry>.
  6. Gunakan 200 g of in total Pork, Chicken OR Seafood.
  7. Sediakan of *Note: Today I used Pork, Prawns and Squid.
  8. Dibutuhkan 1 clove of Garlic *finely chopped.
  9. Siapkan 1 of small piece Ginger *finely chopped or grated.
  10. Gunakan 1 of cupful Vegetables *e.g. Carrot, Boy Choy, Cabbage, Won Bok, Shiitake, Bamboo Shoot, Onion, Broccoli, Capsicum, etc.
  11. Gunakan 1-2 teaspoons of Sesame Oil OR Oil of your choice.
  12. Dibutuhkan of <Sauce>.
  13. Siapkan 2 cups of Chicken Stock *OR 2 cups Water & 1-2 teaspoons Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder.
  14. Siapkan 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce.
  15. Diperlukan 1 tablespoon of Sake (Rice Wine) OR Shoasing Wine.
  16. Sediakan 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce.
  17. Siapkan 2 tablespoons of Potato Starch Flour OR Corn Starch Flour *mixed with 3 to 4 tablespoons Water.
