Japanese Ramen. Chukamen noodles which are generally made with wheat flour and kansui (alkaline solution) are used for ramen dishes. There are many regional speciality ramen available in Japan. Ramen noodles are one of the three most commonly used types of noodles in all of Japanese cuisine (along with udon and soba).

Bahan Japanese Ramen

  1. Dibutuhkan of Small pork tenderloin.
  2. Dibutuhkan 32 oz. of Good beef bone broth.
  3. Sediakan 4 of soft boiled eggs.
  4. Gunakan 1 of cn of Bamboo shoots.
  5. Siapkan 4 sheets of nori.
  6. Dibutuhkan of Shitake or large white mushrooms.
  7. Siapkan 1 of leek.
  8. Dibutuhkan of Japanese style frozen noodles.
  9. Siapkan 1/4 c. of rice wine vinegar.
  10. Diperlukan 1/4 c. of Soy sauce.
  11. Siapkan to taste of Salt and white pepper.

Ramen noodles are originally Chinese style noodles, but it's been changed and improved over the years, and evolved to our own food. You can make ramen in many ways at home. The easiest method is to buy a packet of ramen in a paper cup/bowl that comes with dried noodles and soup stock powder. Simply add hot water to the cup and wait for a few minutes.

Cara memasak Japanese Ramen

  1. Bake tenderloin at 375 for 30 minutes seasoned with salt and pepper. Let cool and cut into 1inch thick slices..
  2. Heat bone broth on medium heat and add soy, vinegar, salt and pepper..
  3. Slice mushrooms then saute for 4 minutes in a tsp of soy and evoo each and set aside..
  4. Soft boil eggs for 7 minutes. Shock in ice bath, peel and set aside..
  5. Slice leeks thinly then slice bamboo shoots long ways like blades of grass very thinly and set aside..
  6. Bring broth to a boil and boil noodles for 3 to 4 minutes in broth..
  7. Now plate! Add noodles to bowl and add broth. Place bamboo, leeks, mushrooms and tenderloin in bowl. Cut egg in half and place along with a sheet of nori. Enjoy!.
