  7. Dibutuhkan of Sesame oil.
  8. Siapkan of Ketchup.
  9. Sediakan of Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce.
  10. Dibutuhkan of Aonori.

Kamatama udon is simply kamaage udon with a raw egg on top. After the noodles are drained well, either tsuyu or soy sauce is added to the dish and mixed with the egg before the noodles are eaten.   1. Massage the soy sauce into the pork to pre-season it. Chop up the cabbage, and slice the carrot into short rectangular pieces. Slice the leek and bell pepper thinly..

  3. After about 5 minutes the cabbage will have wilted and moisture will be coming out of it. Turn the heat up to medium and add the udon noodles. Mix well, add the ketchup and sauce, and it's done Serve with aonori and bonito flakes on top if you like..
