Bahan Tantanmen Ramen

  12. Diperlukan 9 tbsp of rice wine or any dry white wine.
  13. Sediakan of Soup base.
  14. Dibutuhkan 3 cups of water.
  15. Sediakan 6 cups of unsweetened soy, oats or cashew milk.
  16. Gunakan 2 of chicken bouillon.
  17. Diperlukan of Noodles and toppings.
  18. Sediakan 3 portion of dried or fresh ramen noodles, cooked per instruction.
  19. Siapkan of Bakchoy, blanched.
  20. Gunakan 3 of ramen eggs.
  21. Dibutuhkan Handful of bean sprouts, blanched.
  22. Siapkan of Spring onion.
  23. Siapkan of Chili oil, as desired.

So let's jump into the recipe! To make the soup, add the chicken stock and soy milk into a large pot over high heat. Cook the ramen noodles and bok choy in boiling water. Divide the soup flavouring paste among serving bowls.
