Tantanmen is Japanese ramen version of dandanmian (dandan noodles), a noodle dish originating from Chinese Sichuan cuisine. It's much smoother and easier to adopt Sichuan flavor, so you must try! Bahan Tantanmen Ramen
- Siapkan of Tare.
- Diperlukan 9 tbsp of Tsuyu (Japanese soup base sauce).

- Sediakan 3 tbsp of chili oil.

- Siapkan 500 g of minced pork.

- Gunakan Half of an inch ginger, chopped.
- Gunakan 3 tbsp of hoisin sauce.
- Diperlukan 3 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- Diperlukan 9 tbsp of rice wine or any dry white wine.
- Sediakan of Soup base.
- Dibutuhkan 3 cups of water.
- Sediakan 6 cups of unsweetened soy, oats or cashew milk.
- Gunakan 2 of chicken bouillon.
- Diperlukan of Noodles and toppings.
- Sediakan 3 portion of dried or fresh ramen noodles, cooked per instruction.
- Siapkan of Bakchoy, blanched.
- Gunakan 3 of ramen eggs.
- Dibutuhkan Handful of bean sprouts, blanched.
- Siapkan of Spring onion.
- Siapkan of Chili oil, as desired.
So let's jump into the recipe! To make the soup, add the chicken stock and soy milk into a large pot over high heat. Cook the ramen noodles and bok choy in boiling water. Divide the soup flavouring paste among serving bowls.
